That’s why I offer trial versions of the digital planners, allowing you to test their functionality and compatibility with your device and note-taking apps. This way, you can make sure it’s the right fit before committing to the full version.
Digital Products: What to Expect
Please note that all planners and templates are digital products, available for instant download. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a direct download link to access your files. The formats provided include ZIP files, PDF files with hyperlinks, as well as PNG and/or JPG files.

Since all products are digital, no physical items will be shipped to you. Delivery is instant—right to your inbox.
Return & Exchange Information
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, I do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is made.
Before completing your purchase, please be aware that by receiving a link for downloading the product, you agree to waive your 14-day right to cancel under consumer law. This means that once you have been provided with the download link, cancellations or refunds for the digital product are not available. This policy ensures that our customers commit to the purchase with full knowledge and agreement.

Compatibility & Usage
For the best experience, I recommend using an Apple Pencil or stylus on iPads or tablets equipped with PDF annotation apps such as GoodNotes, Notability, Penly, Noteshelf, and Xodo. Please note that all products are not compatible with Kindle Fire tablets or PCs/laptops.
Also, kindly be aware that some files exceed 5MB and may not work with the "GoodNotes 6 Free Version."

Currency
All transactions on our site are processed in GBP. Please note that if you are paying in a different currency, your bank, PayPal will automatically handle the currency conversion for you.
