I was pleasantly surprised that this isn't a traditional wellness planner with a set of templates, but a well-thought-out system that guides you through the stages of your personal growth, from awareness to integration. It's a really cool solution that some can use it as a collection of templates for various wellness trackers, while others can use it as a way to reconnect with themselves. The wellness planner templates themselves have interesting ideas for daily planning that others wellness planners feature, while some templates I saw only in this planner.
Life assessment and life design really highlighted my gaps and imbalances. I've created a plan for myself, with all the feminine joys, which I've added to my pleasure calendar (special thanks for that!) For the past two months, I've even started planning my regular activities in it; I like it better. As I'm recovering from burnout, my most used template is Low Energy Day :)

What I appreciate most is how flexible this planner is. I don’t use it the same way every week, and that’s okay. Some weeks it’s mainly a task manager, while other weeks it’s more of a life organization tool. It adapts to my needs rather than forcing me into a system. This planner helped me realize that I wasn’t struggling with motivation, I just lost direction. Before using it, I had dozens of business ideas and projects running at the same time. The 90-day structure forced me to choose a few priorities and actually work toward them. I especially love the weekly reviews, marketing planning pages, and business growth checklists. For the first time, I can clearly see how my daily tasks connect to larger goals.

I would love a future version with a dedicated content strategy section for Pinterest and Instagram. The marketing pages are already very useful, but I would definitely use even more content-planning templates.

This planner feels like the perfect middle ground between a simple planner and a full life planner. It has enough pages to organize my life without becoming overwhelming. I use the monthly planning pages, weekly layouts, and notes sections almost every day. The design is beautiful but still practical, which is surprisingly hard to find.

This feels less like a planner and more like a personal life management system. I originally bought it for scheduling, but I ended up using almost every section. The life vision exercises, goal-setting pages, wellness tools, and planning layouts work together surprisingly well. It helped me identify areas of my life that I had been neglecting and create realistic plans to improve them.

I’ve been using it for about three months, and it’s become the planner I return to every day. Everything I need is in one place.

The planner is already very comprehensive, but I would love to see an optional companion workbook with deeper guided life-audit questionnaires. I would happily purchase that as an add-on.

I bought this planner because I was feeling overwhelmed by large planners with hundreds of pages. This one is exactly what I needed. It’s simple, clean, and doesn’t make me feel guilty when I skip a day. I mostly use the Today page and weekly pages and habit tracker. What I like most is that I can open it and start planning immediately without spending twenty minutes deciding where to write things. It helps me focus on what actually matters.

Maybe I need a few more reflection pages or prompts for difficult days. The planner is intentionally simple, which I like, but an optional guided section for mindset or motivation would be a nice addition.

I've completed the full 4 lies, and it's dramatically changed my inner dialogue. It's certainly not a quick fix, but I'm already noticing thoughts in my everyday life that devalue me and my accomplishments. And this helps me maintain boundaries in my interactions with others. I'd like to continue, as I can't attribute all of these mental traps to myself, but I feel like I still have many more distortions in my mind. Hope there will be second part of this workbook.

Having a trial version helped me make my choice. I liked the planning logic: I first outline a monthly overview, and then break down the weekly steps into weekly templates. I really like the structure of the Today page. It's great for tracking habits or jotting down what to cook for lunch. The weekly menu templates are also great. It's convenient to create a month-long plan. Then I can either use this menu plans for subsequent months, or I can copy the fulfilled page and reuse the one with the link for new culinary ideas.

Honestly, I hesitated for a long time because this is my first digital planner. I first downloaded the free planner available on JMDigitalArtPlanners, but then I realized I really liked the design and how everything works, so I decided to buy the full version. It has a convenient, clear structure. Of course, I was missing some of the planner areas I'm used to, but thanks to the blank, customizable sections and page templates, I was able to create the sections I needed. I have everything in one place.

Since I'm new to digital planning, I couldn't install the planner in Goodnotes. I contacted the seller, and Julia responded quickly and helped me resolve the issue. It's nice to get immediate answers instead of having to go through the 7 circles of hell with chatbots. Julia also helped me with hyperlinks and creating new pages. I added some links I was missing, but I liked the templates and the fact that there are additional notebooks with blank page templates that you can use to create your own planner.

Smooth navigation, user-friendly templates. The Today page is my favorite: the task column, marked for when I have extra energy, is a great reminder to incorporate self-care into every day. And the Pause/Nourish section is incredibly helpful for planning little joys or rituals for mental well-being. It might seem like a typical productivity planner, but it's the little details like these that make planning so much more enjoyable. Thank you!
