Over seven days, you’ll explore simple, intentional habits designed to boost your productivity, well-being, and creativity—all while embracing the fresh energy of spring. Let’s wake up with purpose, set the tone for the day, and start each morning feeling refreshed and inspired! 


Day 1: Refresh Your Wake-Up Routine


🌞 Start the challenge by waking up 15 minutes earlier to create space for a mindful morning.

💡 Try: Stretching in bed, deep breathing, or sipping a warm glass of lemon water to hydrate and refresh.


Day 2: Open Your Space to Spring

💡 Try: A 5-10 minute stretch, light yoga, or a quick walk outside to soak up spring sunshine.


Day 6: Plan Your Day with Ease
