Week 2: Nourish & Recharge your Self-Care

Day 9: 🚿 Take a Luxurious Shower or Bath – Use your favorite scents, play soft music, and enjoy every moment.

Day 11: 🛏️ Go to Bed 30 Minutes Earlier – Prioritize deep rest and let your body restore itself.

Absolutely great calendar of joy and self-love. I tried it. Today was the last day of this challenge. I fancy it a lot! I missed some days as we are all busy, but it really gives great atmosphere of pleasure and self joy. Definitely will add some activities to my regular routine. Thanks!
